What is turn around time?
Turn around time is between 1-2 weeks, unless products are on hand.
On hand products will be shipped within 24 hours, unless ordered on a Friday evening. If ordered on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday, orders will be shipped Monday. We ship items Monday-Friday at lunch time, and occasionally Saturdays.
Items not on hand will be shipped within 24 hours of arriving. Please allow 1-2 weeks after ordering to get these items. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
When do you ship items?
Items are sent out Monday-Friday at lunch time, and occasionally Saturdays.
Orders placed after lunchtime will be shipped out the following day, if on hand.
What if my item is not the quality expected?
If you are not happy with the quality of the item you ordered, or it doesn’t look like it was advertised, please let me know within 24 hours, and I can initiate a return. After 24 hours, all sales are final!
If I notice poor quality upon arrival, I will notify you right away explaining the situation, and can refund you if you are not happy with the product.
When are pre-orders placed?
Pre-orders (items not on hand) will be ordered every Friday morning for orders placed Monday-Thursday, and every Sunday evening for items placed Friday-Sunday, unless otherwise stated. (Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of these items.)
What hours are you open?
Items can be ordered day or night from the website, but I will only be available to be reached at the following times:
Monday-Friday : 8am-6pm
Saturday : 12pm-3pm
Sunday : CLOSED
If contacted outside of these hours, I will get back to you as soon as I can.
What if my pre-order is out of stock?
If you pre-ordered an item and it turns out to be out of stock, I will contact you and inform you of the situation, and you will receive a refund.
PLEASE BE AWARE that because these are pre-orders and not on-hand items, sometimes the suppliers sell out without warning! There’s nothing I can do about that, unfortunately!
What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
Just message me and let me know what you are looking for! I will do my best to get things in stock that you are wanting!
What if an item IS returnable?
If an item is listed as “returnable”, you are welcome to start a return if you don’t like it. (NOTE: Most items are NON-RETURNABLE. This is for the rare instance that someone IS returnable.)
There will be a 20% restocking fee taken off your refund if you want to return a returnable item. Please keep this in mind.
I missed a pre-order deadline. Can I still order?
No. I’m sorry.
Pre-order deadlines are put in place to ensure customers get their orders on time and bulk discounts are applied. I cannot continue to offer low priced items if I can’t order in bulk.
If you missed the deadline, feel free to contact me and let me know you are interested in another round, and I will see if I can make it happen at a later date.
What if I want to return an item or get a refund?
You have 24 hours from the time your order is delivered or picked up to contact me with any issues. After this time, all sales are final.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You have 2 weeks to pick up your order. After that, your order will be put back into stock and NO REFUND will be issued.
I ask you all to please be respectful of my time and my business and pick up your orders promptly so I can continue to serve customers in a timely and orderly manner. I’ve had too many orders sitting out for months without pickup.
How does shipping work?
For shipping you have two options: local pickup or have it shipped to you. Local pickup is free; having it shipped to you will cost you a little bit.
If you select local pickup, hours are listed when you can pickup. Just message me for more details and to set up a time.
If you select to have it shipped, you will be charged a shipping down payment of $10 at checkout. When the items arrive to me, I will calculate shipping to get you the cheapest shipping I possibly can. If it is more than the $10 down payment, the remaining amount will be due before your order will be shipped out. If it is less than the $10 down payment, I will refund the difference to you.
Where do I put in a discount code?
At checkout, there will be an option to add your discount code.
If you are having trouble with it, please contact me PRIOR to placing the order. If order is placed without the discount code, your discount will not be honored.
What payments are accepted?
All payment options are shown at checkout.
If you want to save a little bit on your order, I can do orders off the website with Venmo or Cash App, like I have been doing this past year. Contact me if you wish to place an order like this.
Do you offer discounts for local pickup?
You can save on shipping cost by selecting “Local Pickup” at checkout. It will be on you to pick up your order. Pick up will be in Madisonville, as always.
Unfortunately, ordering the wrong size is on the customer. You are welcome to place another order with the correct size and sell or give away the one that didn’t fit, but suppliers will not let me do exchanges. I’m sorry.
How long do I have to pay my shipping fee?
Shipping fees are due IMMEDIATELY. I try to get orders shipped out within 24 hours of receiving them, and in order to do that, shipping MUST BE PAID.
If shipping is not paid for 3 days, your order will be sent back, and you will be refunded for your order, minus the $10 shipping down payment and a 20% restocking fee.
I’m sorry to implement this rule, but in order to keep my business running smoothly, I need to get orders out ASAP. I don’t have room to store a bunch of orders that are not paid for. Please be prepared to pay for shipping when orders arrive.
How long do we have to pick up “PICKUP ONLY” orders?
Large items (“PICKUP ONLY” orders) MUST be picked up THE DAY THEY ARRIVE!
I do not have room to store these large items, so you need to have a way to get them THE DAY THEY ARRIVE!
I will try to keep you updated on tracking if I can, so you will be prepared the day it shows up, but I cannot promise anything. Sometimes tracking is finicky. Please just be ready to pick it up 1-2 weeks after ordering.
